142. I gained. Just goes to show what happens when you have chunky peanut butter on a whole wheat tortilla as a snack at 10pm on Sunday night (and skip your Friday & Sunday workouts).
I’ve always been told that it’s more likely to gain from water retention than the actual snack if it’s less than a few days from the splurge. It’ll fall off ;-).
I like to rationalize weight gain. Those extra lbs are actually muscle weight so you’ve got nothing to worry about. Bring on the nutella ice cream.
